You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us. All earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. All other items can be returned if returned unopened in their original packaging.

Please note: We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
